
King County: Growing Groceries 2025 Classes-Warm Season

Our Growing Groceries Warm Season Series classes are presented on selected Wednesday evenings from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Zoom, from April 16 to June 25. Classes will be recorded and available to registered participants following the class.
April 16: Grow the ‘Other’ Edible Nightshades: Peppers, Tomatillos, Eggplant
April 30: Roots and Rare Fruits
May 14: Grow Cukes, Squash and Melons–Big and Small
May 28: The Nutritional Powerhouse: Corn and Beans (Legumes)
June 11: Summer Starts for Fall and Early Spring Harvests
25 June: Caring for Community at Master Gardener Demonstration Gardens

Classes may be purchased individually for $8.00 or purchase a series subscription for $40, A limited number of tuition fee waivers are available and can be requested via the registration page. Please note that tuition waivers are for individual classes only and cannot be used for a series subscription.
