Thurston County: Learn in the Garden Series – multiple hands-on workshops

Join us at Closed Loop Park Demonstration Garden in Lacey, WA for multiple in-person, hands-on workshops. Come to one or all!
These workshops are free and open to the public, and workshops are taught by WSU Master Gardener volunteers (unless otherwise noted).
9 a.m. to 10 a.m. – “Discover the Charm of Coral Bells (Heucheras)”
10 a.m. to 11 a.m. – “Dahlias: Spring Division, and Planting“
11 a.m. to noon – “How to Divide Peony Roots” with Steve Smith of PNW Peony Society
noon to 1 p.m. – “How to Propagate Sedums”
The workshops will be outside so please dress accordingly. Seating is limited so you are welcome to bring your own chair.
Closed Loop Park Demonstration Garden is located inside the Thurston County Waste and Recovery Center (WARC) at 2420 Hogum Bay Rd. NE, Lacey WA 98516, next to the dog park.
